All of our puppies/retired adults are strictly companion and are not to be bred/used for breeding unless other wise discussed and approved. Do you agree that you will not breed your puppy/adult at any time for any reason? *

What's Next?
Completing this questionnaire is the first step in the process of acquiring a puppy from Livingstone Kennels, but it does not guarantee you'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

If this questionnaire is approved, you'll be contacted to make a nonrefundable $300 deposit on a puppy when puppies are available. Please make this deposit within 48 hours of the approval e-mail and send in a completed Deposit Contract with your payment. If you make a deposit, you are committing to taking a puppy from the litter and understand that the deposit is nonrefundable. Should you elect to not take a puppy from the litter, the deposit is transferable to a future litter. Please review both the deposit policies and the selection process on our website.

Puppies will be picked by their new families in order of deposit received. Puppies will go to their new homes after they have turned eight (8) weeks of age. We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not able to pick up your puppy within this timeframe please contact us prior to making a deposit. Total payment on your puppy MUST be received upon pick up or prior to shipping. Puppies will not leave our care until full payment has been made and processed.

We have a Purchase Contract and a Spay/Neuter Agreement. We will not let a puppy leave our care without these signed contracts. We require all of our puppies to be spayed/neutered by eighteen months of age. We sell our puppies with Limited AKC Registration and they are not to be used for breeding or show confirmation, unless otherwise agreed upon.
